What are the payment options?

We accept paypal and all major credit cards through direct checkout.

What are the delivery options?

UK Delivery


Once payment is received, ready to ship items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If you need it fast, please email and I will do my best to expedite your order.

Orders are packed carefully to assure a safe delivery. We ship Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class

(1-2 Working Days): £5.00

RM Signed For 2nd Class

(3- 4Working Days): £4.00

​

(Free (UK)delivery on orders over £60).


Seller will not be responsible for damages or lost items during the delivery process.

What is your return policy?

Returns

​

You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to return your order.

Please email our customer service team to notify us that you would like to return an item.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase attached to the items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

​

*Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service to return your items.

Allow up to 48 hours for a response during busy periods.

Please note that face masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

​

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
